How does the 100-night risk-free trial work?
We want you to love your mattress. You can try any Casper mattress in your own home for 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, we will arrange for a full refund and pick up the mattress at no extra cost.
What is the shipping cost and delivery time?
We offer free shipping on all mattresses and bedding within the contiguous United States and Canada. Most orders ship via UPS and arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
How do I set up my Casper mattress once it arrives?
Simply move the box into your bedroom, remove the mattress from the plastic wrap, and watch it expand. It will be ready to sleep on within minutes, though it may take up to 24 hours to fully firm up.
Do Casper mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, ensuring your investment is protected for a decade.
What kind of bed frame or base should I use?
Casper mattresses work best on a firm, flat surface. This includes our Casper Foundation, upholstered bed frames, or any sturdy platform bed. We do not recommend using a traditional box spring.
Are Casper products environmentally friendly?
Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, regulated phthalates, or heavy metals, and have low VOC emissions for indoor air quality.
