Schedule a Pickup
For mattresses and large furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home.
Pack Small Items
For smaller items like sheets or pillows, print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once the item is picked up or received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
